Rules for lawful and responsible use of our services.
1. Lawful use only
Our services may be used only for lawful, authorised and legitimate business or testing purposes.
2. Prohibited activities
- Sending spam or unlawful bulk communications.
- Sending deceptive, misleading, fraudulent, abusive or harassing messages.
- Using false sender identities, deceptive headers or misleading subject lines.
- Circumventing unsubscribe, suppression, consent, opt‑out or rate‑limit controls.
- Importing or using data without a lawful basis or required permissions.
- Using scraped, harvested, stolen or rights‑violating contact data.
- Uploading malware, harmful code or malicious files.
- Uploading or transmitting unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful or abusive content.
- Infringing intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or contractual rights.
- Probing, scanning, reverse engineering or disrupting the service.
- Attempting unauthorised access to accounts, systems, APIs, networks or data.
- Using the services in violation of telecom, privacy, anti‑spam, marketing or consumer laws.
3. Contact imports
Customers may import contact lists only when they have a lawful basis and all required permissions. The customer is responsible for consent, notices, suppression handling and list lawfulness.
4. Uploads and attachments
Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files, images, documents, media and other materials are lawful, non‑infringing and permitted for use.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend access, reject campaigns, block imports, throttle usage or terminate accounts where needed to protect the platform, users, customers or third parties and to comply with law.
